As the Senior Care Assistant your key duties include :
Responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy ManagerLead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activitiesTo administer medication, carry out assessments and care plansThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Previous experience in providing care at a similar levelFamiliar and experienced in the safe administration of medicationCommitted to providing person centred care to residentsStrong organizational and communication skillsAble to demonstrate a genuine desire to work in the care sectorThe successful Senior Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary up to £15.07 per hour and the annual salary is up to £28,211.04 per annum.
