Description We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Semi-Senior to join our Manchester office. In this role, you’ll support our Directors and Portfolio Managers by delivering high-quality services to a range of SME clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns for a variety of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete work to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
  • Act as a professional and reliable point of contact for clients, responding to queries with a positive, service-driven approach.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting continuous improvement and client service excellence.
  • Stay up to date with technical knowledge through CPD and training opportunities.

Key Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Part-qualified AAT, fully AAT qualified, or qualified by experience.
  • Experience working in an accountancy practice is highly desirable.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and time management.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage).
