About the Role :

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical systems within social housing properties. Your duties will include :

• Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
• Completing remedial and reactive electrical work
• Undertaking planned electrical upgrades and rewires
• Responding to call-outs and emergencies
• Working on a variety of domestic properties and communal areas
• Utilizing a company-provided PDA and laptop for job instructions and reporting
