Position Overview :

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s flourishing practice in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will :

Deal with a broad range of clients

Handle a complex and busy caseload of commercial property matters

Have excellent client care skills

Technical ability

Participate in the firm’s marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media and networking activities.Commercial Property Solicitor experience to include :

Circa 3 years PQE

Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing

Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents

Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law
