Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8am – 4pm)

Our client, located in the Romford area, is on the search for an experienced Service / Vehicle Technician to join their busy team!

Duties & Responsibilities of a Technician :

• Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
• Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.
• Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
• Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
