Teaching Assistant – Spalding & Surrounding Areas

Location : Spalding, Holbeach, Bourne, Crowland, and nearby villages

Salary : £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type : Full-time / Part-time / Supply

Start Date : Immediate or as soon as possible

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join vibrant primary schools across the Spalding area.

Role Highlights :

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Provide 1 : 1 and small group support
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
