Design Managers – Multiple Opportunities

Locations : Cardiff & across South Wales

We are currently working with several leading contractor clients who are seeking both Senior Design Managers and Design Managers to join major projects across South Wales.

Our clients are delivering a wide range of schemes, including :

• Education projects (schools, colleges, universities)
• Sports grounds and leisure facilities
• Commercial developments
• Data centres

These are permanent opportunities based primarily in Cardiff and the wider South Wales region.

The Role :

You will be responsible for :

• Leading and coordinating the full design process
• Managing consultants and internal design teams
• Ensuring design compliance, quality and programme alignment
• Working closely with project, commercial and construction teams

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager with a main contractor
• Strong background across large-scale construction projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
