What You'll Do :

  • Create Comfort : Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, ensuring every space is spotless and inviting.
  • Exceed Expectations : Deliver exceptional service levels, making sure our guests experience nothing but the best.
  • Attention to Detail : Adhere to our high cleaning standards and presentation guidelines for all room categories. Promptly report any damages or breakages to keep everything in top-notch condition.
  • Organize with Ease : Return all equipment to their designated storerooms at the end of each day, keeping your work areas tidy and efficient.

    • Ideal Candidate

  • Has previous experience in a similar role and understands the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping
  • Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and takes pride in delivering clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas
  • Is a team player who is reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with others
  • Possesses excellent time management skills and is able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame
  • Is physically fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods of time, and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Has good communication skills and is able to work effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Is familiar with health and safety regulations and has a good understanding of the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Has a good eye for detail and is able to spot areas that require extra attention, such as stains or damaged items.

    The London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel, part of the Signature Collection by Best Western, boasts an incredibly convenient location. With easy access to central London just 12 miles away and only 15 minutes by train from East Croydon Station, it’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

    The hotel features 110 bedrooms, including family rooms, and serves as a stylish wedding venue for up to 130 guests. It also offers five meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 170 delegates.

    Providing great value, premium accommodation just outside London, the hotel is ideal for business travelers to the southeast of England or families looking to enjoy nearby attractions like Chessington World of Adventures or Thorpe Park
