ECHO PERSONNEL are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join one of our clients in Wellingborough , on a Permanent Basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organisation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with various accounting software.

Responsibilities as Accounts Assistant

• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities.
• General office duties.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions and accounts.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency within the finance department.
