Overview
Team Leader - Brand Sampling at Klauber & Jackson. Part Time, Permanent. Working 21 hours per week (Friday to Sunday). Territory : Clapham, Croydon, Islington, Richmond, Epsom and surrounds. Package : £16,845 to £18,365 per annum OTE + 34p / mile. Recruiter : Emma Zeini. Location : Kingston Upon Thames.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support new starters and develop and train new and existing staff
- Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to support excellent delivery
- Lead the team, instill passion for performance and drive return for our customers
- Ensure company standard operating systems / best practices are embedded within the account
- Support and guide the team to ensure every activity is delivered to the standard briefed
- Embed and champion our people promise principles across the account and ensure they are lived every day
