Mortgage Collections Specialist

Buying a home is one of the largest investments that our customers will ever make. At times customers experience life changing events which could impact their ability to make mortgage repayments. As a Mortgage Support Specialist, you will be speaking to customers that may be experiencing financial difficulties. Your ability to listen, empathise and understand a customer's situation will enable you to help our customers.

About you

• Emotional resilience - you will need to have patience and empathy and be confident in dealing with difficult situations.
• Strong communication skills – you will need to be a good listener and be able to explain complex solutions to customers in a straightforward manner.
• Ability to collate and process information – you will need to be able to review information that will enable you to make suitable recommendations to the customer.
• Previous experience in a customer service setting
