The Terrace Medical Practice is a friendly and professional GP practice in Bearsden. We require a hardworking and reliable person to join our busy reception team. You should have excellent communication skills and computer literacy. Previous experience as a Medical administrator or similar role with knowledge of EMIS and DOCMAN is preferred but full training will be given to the successful applicant. Administrative experience is essential. Your ability to use your initiative, work under pressure and be part of a team is essential. The successful applicant must be flexible and available to cover holidays, sick leave and occasional overtime. This post is for 19.5 hours per week, initially, worked over Monday and Tuesday between 8.15am - 6pm increasing to 23.5 hours from June 26 to include Thursday 2pm - 6pm .
