The role :

This is a diverse advisory-focused tax role, covering everything from corporate transactions and property structuring to employee share incentives and fund structuring. You’ll work closely with legal colleagues, business leaders, and clients, offering high-quality, commercial advice on a wide range of complex tax matters.

What you’ll be doing :

• Advising on the tax structuring of corporate transactions and drafting transactional documentation.
• Supporting property-related tax advice including SDLT / LBTT, VAT, and capital allowances.
• Providing tax planning guidance for business owners, including restructuring and investment.
• Advising on employee share schemes and the tax aspects of executive remuneration.
• Working on the structuring of investment funds and related tax considerations.
• Leading or supporting internal / external training sessions, webinars, and client updates.
• Contributing to business development and the broader strategic direction of the team.
