Service Engineer

A superb Field Service Engineer role with a market leading manufacturer of state of the art product inspection machinery solutions sold to the food, beverage & pharmaceutical markets. BASIC SALARY : up to £45,000

BENEFITS :

LOCATION :

Covering the UK and office based 1 day per week so ideally living on the M6 corridor between Birmingham and Manchester

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS :

Birmingham, Stoke, Manchester, Derby, Nottingham, Tamworth, Leeds

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - inspection machinery, packaging machinery - Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical

A classic Field Service Engineer role involving the repair, installation and commissioning of product inspection machinery solutions plus providing customer training both on site and at the companies office.

Overtime will be paid door to door when on site and you will be staying away for 2 to 3 nights per week on average. You will be In the office one day per week, on average, with almost no weekend work and there is typically 2 weeks a year working worldwide as required.

Full intensive product training will be provided in the UK & Europe.

PERSON SPECIFICATION :

Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer - inspection machinery, packaging machinery - Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical

Ideally, you will be an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands on experience of packaging machinery or product inspection systems supplied to the food, beverage & / or pharmaceutical markets.

However, the company will consider an experienced factory Maintenance Engineer who has hands on experience of product inspection systems and has worked in the food, beverage & / or pharmaceutical markets who wants to move into a field service role.

But, you MUST be a qualified Multi Skilled Engineer.
