Your new role
- Engagement : Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming emails : Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes.
- Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns.
- Handle challenging calls : Confidently manage difficult callers.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel : Confidently use MS packages.
- Data entry and management using CRM systems.
- Analyse data : Confidently identify trends and create reports.
