This leading firm is searching for an Associate Property Finance Solicitor with up to seven years of experience to join their expansive department of real estate experts based in their Tunbridge Wells office.

Acting for clients including banks, major financial institutions, private equity houses and high net worth individuals, as well as advising borrowers, this team has been appointed to numerous panels since its inception. Their combined specialisms include commercial, development, bridging and mezzanine finance, as well as the sale of loan portfolios, enforcement of security, servicing requirements, complex inter-creditor agreements, and more.
