Regional Estates Manager

Location :  Glossop Region. The postholder will be required to work closely with Trust Academies and will be based at different Academies throughout the week but will be required to work over multiple sites within regional areas of the Trust.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Estates Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of school estates across the Glossop region. The schools within the Glossop region are :

• All Saints Catholic Voluntary Academy, Church Street, Old Glossop, SK13 7RJ
• St Margaret's Catholic Voluntary Academy, Glossop Road, Glossop, SK13 6JH
• St Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy, Gladstone Street, Glossop, Derbyshire, SK13 8NE
• St Charles Catholic Voluntary Academy, The Carriage Drive, Hadfield, Glossop, Derbyshire, SK13 1PJ

About the Role :

As Regional Estates Manager , you will oversee all aspects of estates and facilities management for a portfolio of both primary and secondary academies. Working closely with Headteachers, site teams and central Trust leadership, you will ensure our schools are compliant, safe and well-presented, supporting the best outcomes for all our pupils.
