Field Service Engineer

On behalf of our client – Rapid Resource are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in engineering / IT and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility :

• To diagnose faults, make repairs and to replace modules on ATM’s and associated peripherals.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory / region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction
• Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements
• May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit / parts of varying weights. May require bending / squatting, walking / standing / sitting for prolonged periods
• The role requires the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and to be able to manage your time effectively and pro-actively
• Company vehicle with fuel card provided which can be used for personal use (BIK and usage fee per mile applies)
• Tools / laptop / Android phone and all other required tools are provided
• Uniform and PPE provided
