What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social / emotional challenges.
• Working 1 : 1 or in small groups to encourage confidence, engagement, and progress.
• Adapting resources and strategies to meet pupils' individual needs.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Celebrating every achievement — no matter how big or small.
