Job description

OurClientatop100LawfirmwithopenplanmodernofficesbasedinRichmond,closetothestationandamenities.ThePrivateClientteamworkspredominantlywithindividualsfallingintothe"high-net-worth"category(whichtypicallyreferstothosewithpersonalassetstotalling£5m-£20m)acrossthefullspectrumofprivateclientmatters.ThiswillincludetakinginstructionsonthepreparationofWills,LastingPowersofAttorney,lifetimeandsuccessionplanning,IHTandCGTplanning,estateadministration,aswellasthecreation,administration,andwindingupoftrusts.

CoreDutieswillincludesomeofthefollowing :

AsanAssociate,youwillmanageyourowncaseloadofmixedPrivateWealthmatters,establishingyourselfasatrustedandreliableexpertasyoudevelopstrongandlong-lastingrelationshipswithyourclients.Additionally,ourAssociatesplayavitalroleinthesupportanddevelopmentoftheless-experiencedmembersofthedepartment,includingSolicitorsandtrainees.

Giventhebreadthofourexpertiseinthisareaoflaw,thispositionwillprovideyouwithanexcellentopportunityforfurtherprofessionaldevelopmentandgrowth.Youwillalsobeencouragedtoplayanactiveroleinthemarketingandbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesoftheteam.

YouneedtobeaqualifiedSolicitororLegalExecutivewithpriorexperienceintheareaofPrivateWealth / Client.
