Technical Services Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a strong engineering background and a passion for building lasting client relationships? Wates Property Services is seeking a Technical Services Manager to deliver excellence in M&E services, compliance, and projects across our national portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage engineering teams delivering M&E services, compliance, and operating frameworks.
• Oversee Extra Works and M&E / Fabric projects , ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Drive leadership and development of direct reports, ensuring mandatory training and succession planning.
• Manage the supply chain , negotiating best value, ensuring compliance with Avetta and Construction Line, and conducting performance reviews.
• Support account teams with MI reporting , KPI presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring high standards of satisfaction and service delivery.
