They are now commercialising after acquiringtheir first customer and are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead / Lead Developer to join their team and help them scale.

About Our Client :

This tech-for-good company is dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative technology solutions. Located in the heart of Glasgow city centre, they offer a flexible work environment with just one day in the office per week.

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will lead their technical team of two direct reports, playing a key role in developing cutting-edge web applications. They are seeking someone with expertise in Python and Django REST Framework, along with ReactJS (or similar) and TypeScript. A self-starter attitude and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :
