Group Reporting Manager

Robert Half are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to be based in Swindon for up 3 months.

We need anexperienced, competent Financial Controller to provide stability and leadership in financial reporting. This is an interim role for a minimum of 3 months, with potential to extend while the permanent recruitment process is underway.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the month-end close (working day 5 deadline).

Prepare and deliver financial statements.

Oversee group consolidation (straightforward, involving only a few entities).

Prepare tax computations and submit VAT returns.

Produce and analyse cost centre reporting.

Undertake balance sheet reconciliations and support transactional processes as required.

Expectations

A hands-on, proactive individual willing to 'muck in' with detail.

Ability to work with and support a junior operational finance team, without direct line management responsibility.

Working Arrangements

Based in the Swindon office.

Minimum 3 days per week on-site, ideally 4-5 days.
