The Impact Academy - Recruitment Training That Works

Our Impact Academy is a structured training programme designed to fast-track your success in recruitment.

Your Role Will Include :

Sourcing and interviewing candidates for temporary and permanent roles

Writing professional CV profiles for client marketing

Increasing placements through collaboration with experienced sales consultants

Working towards achievable weekly KPIs

Earning commission at every stage of your development

Support & Progression

You'll receive ongoing coaching from your manager, a dedicated mentor, and our in-house training team. After year one, you'll progress onto a Sales Desk with advanced training in business development, negotiation, safeguarding, and customer relationship management.
