About the Role : Are you passionate about shaping the minds of the next generation? We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing young learners aged [insert age range, e.g., 5-11], delivering engaging lessons, and fostering a positive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and Deliver Lessons : Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
  • Assess and Monitor Progress : Regularly assess, record, and report on pupil progress to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.
  • Support Diverse Needs : Tailor teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL).
  • Classroom Management : Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes positive behavior and respect.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil learning and well-being.
  • Safeguarding : Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all children is prioritized.
  • Extra-Curricular Activities : Contribute to school-wide activities, events, and clubs to enrich the school experience for pupils.About You : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic educator with a genuine passion for teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have :
  • Qualifications : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Experience : Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • Skills : Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment : A dedication to fostering a love of learning and supporting children to reach their full potential.
