Responsibilities
- Opening new files and managing instructions via the Case Management system
- Drafting contracts and assisting with replies to enquiries
- Ordering property searches and preparing mortgage reports
- Handling exchanges, completions, and related documentation
- Managing incoming post, telephone enquiries, and general admin duties
- Filing, billing, photocopying, and archiving
What We\'re Looking For
