    We’re on the lookout for a Food Processing Shift Leader to join our team and help lead the way in doughnut perfection. As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every single doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s gold standard.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
  • Production Oversight : Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Doughnut Preparation : Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene : Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Operational Collaboration : Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
  • Training & Development : Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Experience : Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
  • Physical Stamina : Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
  • Team-Oriented : Reliable, positive, and motivated by teamwork and results.
