As a Functional Assessor, you’ll conduct assessments and produce fair, evidence-based reports for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) , as part of the DWP’s Health Assessment and Advisory Service (HAAS) .

Salary : £44,000.00

Type : Permanent (Hybrid role)

Full time : 40 hours (Mon - Fri from 8 : 30am - 5pm)

Location : Croydon. (You MUST be located within a 90-minute radius of the site to be considered for this role)

As a Functional Assessor , you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. You will carry out detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face-to-face appointments to understand how a claimant’s disability, condition, or illness affects their ability to carry out everyday activities in a respectful, fair, and reassuring manner.
