Job Role : HVAC Sales Engineer

Basic Starting Salary : £48 000 - £55 000 Per Year + Company Car + High Commission Paid (Realistically Earn 20k-30k in Commission - 85k OTE)

Location : Remote | Hybrid (Ideally Candidate To Be Located Anywhere In The South)

Working Hours : Days | Monday-Friday (37.5 Hrs Per Week / Remote / Work From Home)

This company are in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry and ideally looking for someone with sales experience in these fields.

The HVAC Sales Engineer Role & Responsibilities :

To secure contracts and grow client relationships within an assigned region, aligning with company sales and growth targets

Engage with established and prospective clients to understand their needs, propose suitable products, and maintain positive commercial relationships to support sustained business growth

Conduct site surveys and develop tailored, cost effective solutions that optimise product and service offerings for customers

Actively follow up on leads and submitted sales proposals to progress to finalised agreed contracts

Work in collaboration with the Business Development team to generate new business and develop existing business

Ensure that the CRM system information is completed accurately and timely to enable the sales pipeline to progress effectively

Maintain product knowledge, sales skills, market knowledge and application knowledge, to be proficient in the role
