Key Requirements Domain & Technical Expertise
- Industry Experience : Proven track record of delivering integration solutions in the telecommunications (OSS / BSS) and banking / fintech sectors, with a strong understanding of industry-specific architectures, regulatory requirements, and use cases.
- API Standards & Governance : In-depth knowledge of CAMARA and TM Forum Open APIs (TMF) for telco integration, as well as Open Banking standards (UK / PSD2) and Embedded Finance frameworks for banking platforms.
- Security Protocols & Identity Integration : Strong experience in integrating with modern Identity Providers (IdPs) such as Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity, with practical knowledge of OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 (2-legged & 3-legged flows), and Consent Management frameworks.
- Telco Integration Expertise : Deep understanding of telco-specific domains including OSS / BSS stack, customer onboarding, usage-based billing, provisioning flows, SIM / eSIM lifecycle APIs, and partner enablement.
- Fintech & Banking Knowledge : Experience with core banking integrations, transaction orchestration, KYC / AML flows, account information services (AIS), payment initiation services (PIS), and aligning with PSD2 and regional compliance mandates.
- API Architecture & Design : Expertise in designing secure, scalable API solutions, including API Gateway patterns, API versioning, throttling, quota enforcement, and developer onboarding using platforms like Apigee, Kong, or MuleSoft.
- Compliance & Data Protection : Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, PSR, and local banking authority guidelines for data handling, auditing, and reporting.
Other Expectations
Prior experience designing multi-region or multi-tenant integration architectures in cloud-native or hybrid cloud environments, along with defining business use-cases.8 to 10 years MINIMUM of hands-on experience in large-scale integration programs.Familiar with event-driven architectures, microservices integration, enterprise service bus (ESB) transitions, and modern iPaaS strategies.Strong documentation, solution presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Required Skills :
