Leading and supporting the catering team

Creating seasonal menus for hospitality and retail services

Ensuring smooth daily operations

Managing health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Overseeing stock control, reporting, and finances

Building positive relationships with clients through regular communication

Introducing new ideas and concepts to improve the serviceWhat we’re looking for :

A hands-on leader who is self-motivated and customer-focused

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident with IT systems and online ordering

Experience in managing food costs and budgets
