BAM Infrastructure is recruiting an experienced Design Manager to join the infrastructure business, based at our Kilsyth or Inverness, Scotland offices. The roles will be within existing teams, working on projects to support the transition to sustainable energy and deliver civil infrastructure.

Working closely with project delivery teams and our design partners, you will manage the design process to deliver safe, technically compliant, cost-efficient and coordinated design packages, during pre-construction and project delivery stages.

The roles require liaison with clients, external design consultants, supply chain partners, project delivery teams, digital construction specialists and other relevant stakeholders, creating a collaborative environment to deliver design information that meets project requirements. You will manage the design information release, production and approval of technical drawings, chair design workshops, coordinate complex design packages, and validate design details, adding value to the construction process.
