Security Engineer

Contract Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK) About the role Olive Jar Digital is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the delivery of multiple AI-focused initiatives through Discovery and Alpha.

You will design and maintain automated deployment pipelines, ensure environments are reliable and secure, and enable smooth integration of prototypes and services.

We are looking for a SecOps Operations Engineer with strong Azure security experience and exposure to AI/ML platforms to support secure cloud-based model development and deployment.

Key Skills Azure Security: Azure ML, AKS, App Service, Key Vault, Container Registry Microsoft Security Stack: Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Defender for Cloud, Entra ID (Azure AD) IAM & Network Security: RBAC, Conditional Access, private endpoints, VNet isolation AI/ML Security Awareness: Data poisoning, adversarial attacks, model theft, model drift DevSecOps & Automation: Terraform or Bicep, CI/CD security (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) Responsibilities Secure Azure-based AI/ML environments across build, deployment, and operations Implement least-privilege access, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and security baselines Configure threat detection and monitoring using Microsoft Sentinel Support security posture management, compliance, and operational security monitoring Work with engineering teams to identify and respond to security risks Nice to have: Public sector or regulated environment experience Exposure to MLOps or AI platform security Powered by JazzHR
