The Opportunity :

This position offers the chance to work closely alongside an experienced solicitor, gaining exposure to a broad range of private client matters. You’ll be given responsibility for your own tasks while being supported to further develop your expertise and progress within the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

Confidently drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

Assisting with probate matters and the administration of estates

Liaising directly with clients, offering empathetic and professional support

Managing day-to-day file administration and ensuring smooth case progressionAbout You :

Proven experience in drafting Wills and LPAs is essential

Previous exposure to probate work is highly desirable

Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to build trust quickly

Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing prioritiesWhat’s on Offer :
