Project Officer needed in Bristol Paying £19.18 per hr ref 5271046

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers and teams in establishing, planning, and delivering projects in line with the project framework.

Assist the PMO Project Manager in developing and maintaining project management structures, tools, and documentation.

Prepare comprehensive project reports, including status updates, RAID logs, dashboards, and budget tracking across the project portfolio.

Manage records and ensure compliance with data and information governance requirements for all BTQ projects and programmes.

Maintain and update the BTQ SharePoint site to ensure accessibility and accuracy of project information.

Support the Governance Manager with the forward decision plan process and ensure timely inclusion of items on relevant agendas.

Liaise with the HR Manager to facilitate onboarding processes for new team members.

Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.

Uphold data security responsibilities, ensuring the safe and secure handling of data at all times.
