Contracts Manager

Location - London

The Contract Manager provides Prime Contract support and oversees and manages specific commercial processes on the project to aid the joint venture in meeting its obligations under the Prime Contract.

Contracts Manager's Key Responsibilities :

Provide support to the Lead Contract Manager in matters relating to the management and administration of the Prime Contract, including :

• Drafting contractual notifications and correspondence for review;
• Identifying / flagging -up potential commercial risks to the JV, including Disallowed Cost risks;
• Supporting the Lead Contract Manager to respond promptly to contract queries raised by project team members.
• Processing / administering Change Request Forms (CRF's) in Aconex, including QA checks of draft CRF's prior to submission for approval and change management-related cost system administration;
• Ensuring CRF's are turned around / approved in a timely fashion to support delivery processes and contract management on the project;
• Managing the project's Delegated Authority process for the approval of CRF's in line with the project's DA matrix, including low value change which does not require approval at board level;
