As an experienced Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life supporting them with their day to day, providing children and young people with a caring nature of attitude, managing behaviours, developing their self - esteem and ensuring their safety is paramount.

Role :

• Supporting with day to day in at the service, cooking, cleaning, school runs
• Taking children and young people out on visits in the wider community
• Communicating effectively with service users ensure their needs are being met
• Supporting with personal care with individuals where required and promoting independence.
• Following Risk Assessments and Management Procedures
• Reporting to management team
• Understanding what the needs of each individual children and young people are
• Competent with IT systems for any note taking
