Corporate Tax Solicitor - Exeter (Associate / Senior Associate, 3+ PQE)

An established and growing UK law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Tax Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate, 3+ years PQE ) to join its highly respected Corporate Tax team based in Exeter .

You'll work closely with experienced partners on a wide range of high-value and technically challenging matters across corporate and property tax. The team advises an impressive portfolio of clients-from fast-growth businesses and family-owned enterprises to large corporate groups, PLCs, and international organisations.

Your work will include :

• Advising on corporate and property tax , capital gains tax , and VAT
• Delivering bespoke tax structuring solutions , including reorganisations , demergers , and investment structures
• Supporting cross-border transactions for multinational clients
• Working alongside corporate and real estate teams to provide full transactional tax support
