JOB TITLE : New Product Introduction Manager / NPI Manager

The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation who have forged a profitable niche for themselves working, predominantly, within the "Yellow Construction Industry" - diggers, FLT, dumpers, etc. They offer their clients a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, etc.

The ROLE

The right candidate would play a key role in supporting continued growth, being responsible for the development and introduction of new products - will ensuring PPAP approved parts are produced to customer specifications.

• The minutia of the role includes;
• Cross functional feasibility reviews
• Tooling design and manufacture
• Assembly development
• Handover process for seamless production integration
• CMM measurement of samples
• Preparation of PPAP documentation
• Working closely with suppliers
• Supporting customers with manufacturing design queries
