Job Purpose

Work within the recruitment team delivering brand-led recruitment services across permanent, fixed term and contingent hiring. As a Senior TA, your role will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across various disciplines, including engineering, commercial, and finance. You will proactively source candidates and head hunt for hard-to-fill roles, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives. Your role will also involve improving recruitment processes, providing market insights, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Accountabilities

  • Develop role specific recruiting strategies, employing both traditional sourcing methods as well as developing new, innovative approaches.
  • Deliver high quality diverse candidate shortlists of thoroughly pre-screened candidates within agreed timescales ensuring employer brand is maintained and requirements are met.
  • Pro-actively source candidates for specialised, hard-to-fill roles and those in candidate short markets and identify and engage with candidates from a variety of sources. Create a pipeline of future talent.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements through vacancy briefings and manage expectations.
  • Maintain positive relationships both internally and externally through regular communication updates.
  • Provide relevant market information generating reports and analysing recruitment information to identify trends and challenges to inform internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Team Leader & Hiring Manager to create and drive recruitment initiatives and developments based off market insights to improve hiring process and sourcing capabilities.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments. Ensure Flogas and its subsidiaries attracts talent from diverse backgrounds and under-represented groups.
  • Produce and maintain effective and accurate job advert postings on all available job boards.
  • Keep accurate and up to date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
  • Have a flexible approach to support on a variety of different role types and levels where needed.
  • Support HRBP’s in raising the profile of internal vacancies, overseeing good employee experience for our internal colleagues.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Flogas Brand, providing a consistent and authentic representation to candidates.

Essential JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable experience in recruiting senior-level professionals across diverse disciplines, including engineering, commercial, and finance.
  • Proven experience of Head Hunting and building up strong and long-lasting relationships with candidates and candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and HRBP’s.
  • Knowledge and advanced utilisation of various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media and professional networks.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, preferably Success Factors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
