Business Development Manager

Location of the Job : East Midlands.

Hybrid / Field Working : Available after 12 months. (Once you are familiar with products, team & culture).

Coverage : UK & Ireland (Field-Based).

Salary and Benefits Package :

• Competitive basic salary of circa £40,000, plus performance-based bonus.

Additional information :

• This is a permanent full-time position.
• Working hours are 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday.

The Job Role Details :

With an exciting pipeline of new products and ongoing business expansion, we are now looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and support their growth.

Key Responsibilities :

As the Business Development Manager, you will…

• Take over from a senior Sales Person who is approaching retirement.
• Manage and develop relationships with trailer manufacturers across the UK & Ireland.
• Promote and sell the company's expanding product range.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and technical support.
• Travel across the UK & Ireland, engaging with customers in-person.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications :

You will have / be…

• A background in technical sales, with knowledge of agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, or heavy-duty trailer parts.
• An understanding of trailer parts and their applications.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
