This is a mobile maintenance role covering London and the surrounding areas, focused on air conditioning and plumbing systems.

The Role :

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer,equally suited to those with a background as a HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer,to join a busy maintenance team covering London and the surrounding areas. Youll be responsible for both planned and reactive works, with a strong emphasis on AC systems and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Service, maintenance, and repair of AC systems (split units, VRV / VRF, chillers, AHUs)
• General plumbing and pipework maintenance
• Responding to reactive call-outs and completing planned works
