About the Role

Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a leading and reputable organisation seeking to recruit an experienced Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) with competence in both ADI and APP unit endorsements .

This role offers the chance to manage a varied mix of traffic within Class G airspace – a challenging yet rewarding environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic, while also contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of the airport’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the required competence level in both ADI and APP functions.
• Retain and apply local theoretical knowledge in line with unit procedures and CAA regulations.
• Plan and predict complex three-dimensional traffic scenarios safely and effectively.
• Analyse controlling actions for safety and effectiveness, adapting quickly to an ever-changing environment.
