Hours : 28 per week

An independent day and boarding preparatory school for boys aged 6–13 in Ascot. Catering for approximately 300 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, AM snack, Lunch, PM snack and supper along with match teas. There is lots of hospitality at this location throughout the year. This is a term time only contract and operates Monday to Sunday so working pattern is 5 over 7 days. This location benefits from free parking on site.

Working hours Monday-Friday 16 : 00-20 : 00 & Saturday 08 : 00-16 : 00

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in Ascot.

You'll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness.

Key skills :

• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player
• Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
• Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
• Operate industrial dishwasher
