Lead Product Manager

Overview

A high growth financial technology firm is searching for a Head of Product to lead the design and delivery of its internal platforms. The challenge is to define the roadmap for a suite of internal platforms that support compliance, trading operations and enterprise communications. The focus is on building systems that are scalable, auditable and efficient, cutting through complexity and enabling the business to grow confidently in regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Spearheading AI driven initiatives, using intelligent agents and large language models to unlock speed, insight and efficiency across the business
• Lead the product vision for internal systems, ensuring reliability and regulatory alignment
• Translate complex business needs into structured, high impact internal tools
• Manage and grow a specialist team of automation and product engineers
• Drive automation across multiple business lines using low code and no code solutions
• Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Ops to deliver secure, business critical infrastructure
