About the Role:

As a Designer at SUMWON STUDIOS, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth product development, trading decisions, and market analysis. We’re looking for a highly creative and trend-driven Fashion Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and developing fresh collections aligned with market trends, customer demands, and brand identity. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about fast fashion and ready to bring style ideas to life fast.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop trend-driven apparel collections for our e-commerce platform across multiple categories.
• Conduct seasonal and weekly trend research, identifying key silhouettes, colors, prints, and details.
• Create CADs, technical sketches, and detailed design packages for production.
• Collaborate closely with buying, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive and timely product drops.
• Work within tight deadlines to respond to emerging trends and viral moments with quick design turnarounds.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to guide future designs and optimise bestsellers.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and global fashion market movements.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• At least 3 years' design experience in fast fashion
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
• Proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent sense of trend forecasting, styling, and fashion culture.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Passionate about fast fashion, social media trends, and customer-focused design.
