£25,000 base, with OTE £35,000.

Manage residential property sales from valuation to completion

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers

Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers effectively

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales processWhat They're Looking For :

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales

Proven ability to meet / exceed sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proactive, personable, and client-focused approach
