What You'll Do

As a self-employed Enforcement Agent, youll visit homes and businesses to collect outstanding debts on behalf of clients. This is a

field-based role

where no two days are the same. Full training, City & Guilds accreditation, and ongoing support will be provided.

Ideal Backgrounds

We welcome applicants with experience in :

Close Protection, Private or Maritime Security

Military / Armed Forces (Royal Marines, Navy, Air Force, etc.)

Debt Recovery, Civil Enforcement, Doorstep Collections

Door-to-Door or Field Sales (B2B / B2C)

Security (SIA Licence), Housing or Immigration Officers

Self-Employed Professionals or Business Owners

What Youll Need

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to pass a

DBS (CRB) background check

Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

High level of professionalism, ethics, and personal resilience

Self-motivated, confident working on a commission-only basis

Willingness to learn and grow within the role
