Passive Nominee Director

We’re looking for a UK resident to take on a passive nominee director role. The position involves occasional document signing and rare compliance reviews, all handled remotely.

Responsibilities :

Provide limited administrative assistance as required

Maintain nominal director standing for compliance purposes

Compensation :

£25 per month for services.
