Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive, Salary : £30k + bonus (£36k OTE) + Excellent benefits and real career development opportunities, Hybrid working : 2 days from home, 3 days from the Basingstoke office and a requirement to attend marketing events and exhibitions (likely to be approx. 2x per month)

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a Leading national IT provider. This is a varied role, tasked with creating and delivering marketing campaigns to include content creation, digital, social, email and exhibitions / events. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with prestigious brands, experienced sales teams / internal stakeholders and B2B customers in the IT & technology space.

Marketing Executive – the role :

Work with all vendors / brands to to utilise marketing development funds (MDF's), understanding marketing budgets and executing agreed campaigns.

Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across the websites, social media, and email.

Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos.

Analyse marketing performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and show ROI.

Coordinate and attend marketing events and exhibitions.

Attend and present in meetings to all vendors updates on performance and sales data to attain marketing support.

Collaborate with the wider marketing team, utilising their skills and experience.

Candidate requirements :

Proven experience in a digital marketing executive, content creator, or a related marketing role.

Strong writing and editing skills for content creation.

Full UK driver’s license and the ability to travel to exhibitions and events.

Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar). Must be happy to use own camera, lighting and microphone equipment.

Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

Basic knowledge of 3D design software (such as Enscape, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.

Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
